The Bargain Bin is a new feature to our regular sales program. It consists of weeks that are owned by the Club and have been sitting in our inventory for an extended period of time. The Bin will be based on supply and demand, so you will have to check back often to see whether it's empty or full of surprises for you.
Weeks in the Bin are being offered for $1,500 + $150 (10%VAT) + $350 closing costs + $80 Administrative and Government Recording Fees, which are subject to change. Current Total Cost at the reduced price of $2,080... NOW THAT's a BARGAIN!
Please note, the maintenance fees, which are not included in the purchase price, become due the first year you can use your new week. For example, if you buy a February week in the month of August, your maintenance fees will be due for the coming year.
